Insight is often about hearing what's expressed in a moment and we're passionate about capturing people as they go about making decisions.
This usually means designing research that lets people walk the walk and which includes the in home/in store context.
Even where budget doesn't stretch this far we work hard at getting people in the mood so we pre-task as standard. Whether this is getting them to create a collage, complete a diary or simply look out for interesting direct mail we feel it helps get us closer to what's real.
Finally we love it when we're given clearance to get our camcorders out. More often than not what's captured off the cuff is truly revelatory.
