We believe that best fieldwork practise is achieved by an honest approach to the spec and respondents.

We always provide a pen portrait and personal briefing to every recruiter so they know the type of person we're after rather than being constrained by what's on the screener.

We moderate in a style that is designed to both get the most out of people in the short amount of time we have them for but also mirror the way we live our life, and interact with others, nowadays. As in life we'll praise interesting thoughts and comments whilst also sharing some of our own, we'll challenge thinking and actually encourage people to get on their soapbox.

We prefer groups of 6 people, believing that it allows for a natural kind of conversation which is harder to cultivate in a bigger group.

We're also selective about environment and feel that natural light, bottled water and fresh fruit are some of the simplest ways of getting the most out of people!
